I cannot support your proposals. As a Welsh taxpayer, I can not see the need for this. Why not concentrate on what you were elected to do? By this , I mean infrastructure, especially roads maintenance,  the Health service and making Wales a better place to live in. Please do the basics of Government before indulging in your own pet projects.
